Here is an update on the kitchen renovation! We had our cabinets refinished and under cabinet lighting installed so far... this weekend comes new granite counter tops, new sink, gas cook top and pendant lights over the bar area.I can't decide on or find good hardware! I'd like to have some rustic black knobs and pulls...any suggestions?

If you can't find exactly what you want, find what you want and spray paint it. I did that on my second house. It was a renovation, and I loved the hardware that was on the cabinets we had, but they were brass...BLAH! So after looking a friend suggested I paint them. So here is how you do it. Get a moving box, poke holes and screw them in like they are on a drawer, and spray paint them...worked like a charm and everyone was super impressed, including my husband when I told him they cost a dollar, TOTAL...for the can of paint!
